Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. (also known as the Sega Sammy Group) is a Japanese holding company formed from the merger of Sega and Sammy Corporation in 2004. Both companies are involved in the amusement industry (Sega with arcade and video games, Sammy with pachinko machines).
