Kadant Inc. is a company that was established in 1991 as a partly privately owned subsidiary of Thermo Electron, and partly publicly traded company, and was fully spun out and renamed Kadant in 2001. The company focuses on papermaking, paper recycling, and other processing industries over the United States, China, and Europe. Kadant has operations in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
