SandRidge Energy, Inc. is a company engaged in hydrocarbon exploration in the United States. It is organized in Delaware and headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. SandRidge owns oil properties in the Mid-Continent (84% of production in 2019) and the North Park Basin (16% of production in 2019). As of December 31, 2019, the company had 89.9 million barrels of oil equivalent (550,000,000 GJ) of oil equivalent net proved reserves, of which 39% was petroleum, 18% was natural gas liquids, and 43% was natural gas.The company also manages Sandridge Permian Trust, owner of royalty interests in properties in the Permian Basin in Andrews County, Texas.
